Counselling sessions

In today’s busy, modern world, some of us need flexible sessions that fit in with our lives at different stages of our journeys. I offer a range of session lengths, depending on how much time you think you need in the therapy space.

• £30 for 30 minutes - A shorter session for times when you may be busy with life, or as quick support when you need it.

• £50 for 50 minutes - The traditional therapeutic hour, ideal for standard generic sessions.

• £60 for 60 minutes - Similar to a standard session, but sometimes those extra 10 minutes make the difference.

• £75 for 75 minutes - For those sessions when you have complex issues to work through, and a longer session will give you the time you need to process at your own pace.

I also offer reduced rates for key workers, people on low income, students and trainee counsellors. Please get in touch to find out more.

Hypnotherapy sessions

• £60 - Standard hypnotherapy session

• £90 - Hypnofertility session

• £150 - Hypnobirthing refresher

• £450 - Hypnobirthing course (4 sessions)
